How it works

To obtain medical cannabis from vendors authorized by Health Canada, you must first obtain a medical prescription. There are two ways to obtain a prescription:

1. If you have a family doctor or specialist treating you, the first step would be to check whether he or she agrees to sign for the medical cannabis prescription. If he agrees, we’ll send him the treatment plan and prescription, which he’ll have to sign and return to us.

2. Don’t have a family doctor? No need to worry! One of our team doctors will be able to take care of you. * Additional charges may apply.

How to obtain a prescription

To obtain medical cannabis from vendors authorized by Health Canada, you must first obtain a medical prescription.

You can get it from your GP, or from one of our doctors. Then we’ll help you register with a Health Canada-licensed manufacturer.

This prescription will entitle you to a number of benefits, including:

Development of a personalized treatment plan based on your needs;
